Time Lapse & Hyperlapse Construction 4k CORMAN’s core business is the production and distribution of devices in the field of medication, diabetes, hypertension as well as 100% cotton based personal care products (baby diapers and pads) for users with sensitive skin. CORMAN adopts an innovative industrial process that does not use chemicals or dangerous agents, gaining maximum reduction of energy consumption and minimum waste production. The environment has always been a fundamental concern of CORMAN, and this sense of responsibility has evidently influenced the design choices of their new headquarters.
The architectural and technical choices have been characterized by the most upto- date environmental sustainability: a photovoltaic system provides a considerable part of the company’s energy needs; groundwater as a heat source is used in heating, cooling and integrated in the AHU – Air Handling Unit – for conditioning and humidity control, essential for the processing of cotton; a BMS – Building Management System – controls and monitors the energy and air conditioning consumption, allowing the optimization and management of energy use.
